GLOBAL BIOFUEL SOLUTIONS Inc. will take a distinctive approach to the production of biodiesel fuel in Nevada. The past ten years have created a situation that brings together increased environmental pressures with governmental mandates, constrained supply with dramatically increasing prices, and growing pressure for energy independence. Considered separately, these conditions create increased demand for an alternative fuel choice. When combined, the demands produce a paradigm shift in fuel buying patterns.
GLOBAL BIOFUEL SOLUTIONS Inc. vertically integrated business model is unique in the industry. Assured raw material supply and multiple distribution options, with proven manufacturing technology, minimize risk. The management team has accumulated years of experience and the critical skills to execute the plan.
The goal of this executive summary is to secure the funding of one biodiesel facility in Nevada, with investment of $120 million to build a 60 million gallons per year production facility for the targeted BioFuel plant.
CORE MANAGEMENT AND STAFFING
The GLOBAL BIOFUEL SOLUTIONS Inc. management team is a group of highly qualified, diverse, individuals. Our experience and skill sets will serve the Company well. In terms of our staffing requirements, we will develop our on-site managers and retain them as key employees. Our line personnel will be provided by a national employment placement agency. This policy will streamline our operation and reduce the cost of an internal human resources department.
